The health crisis: the great upheaval!

The stone still appears to be a reliable and lasting investment for the French. Just like the good health of the sector, the rise in real estate prices is also significant and purchases are evolving: Since the repeated confinements, we have noticed a reversal in the residential course of households which favor more than ever a lifestyle in individual house. This territorial change announces a shortage of goods in rural areas which now attracts customers from all walks of life. The reason ? A need for space, for escape, a sudden change in mentality due to the multiple confinements that have marked people's minds. The French want space and enjoy life! With the supply of existing homes for sale down 26% over the past six months, it goes without saying that selling your property today represents a real opportunity to sell it quickly and well! Well estimated, your property will sell very (very) quickly! A study informs us that 35% of owners give up selling because they fear that they will not sell quickly enough. The same study shows that 26% of owners, who put off their plans to sell for fear of a loss. It is still difficult today to objectively estimate your home. To be sure not to make a mistake, it would be better to entrust it to a real estate agent who will know how to determine its real price.

And that's not about to change! Many homeowners fear real estate will collapse and dare not sell. However, we note that the French real estate market has withstood the health crisis and for the moment nothing is slowing down the rise in prices. In addition, there is a real shortage of goods on the new home market. It is therefore a safe bet that many buyers frustrated at not being able to realize their projects, are finally turning to the old market.

Feng Shui is also a harmony and a meaning of colors! Here is an example of how to choose the color of your front door: black, to enrich the home; green: for the good health of the household; red: for luck. The entrance should also be neat, and lead to a tidy and bright room.

The Hopps Open de Provence is a European professional men's golf tournament, a must-see on the French circuit. It is unique in PACA, the three other equivalent tournaments in France taking place in the Hauts de France, in Normandy and in Brittany. It counts for the classification of the European challenge tour.

How is the tournament organized? 138 players play 18 holes per day on Thursday September 16, 2021 (1st round) and Friday September 17, 2021 (2nd round) and at the end of the Friday night "cut", the lowest ranked players are eliminated. The first 60 and tied are qualified to play until Sunday! At the end of the tournament, the player who wins 3 tournaments in the same season automatically enters the European Tour.
