The health crisis: the great upheaval!

The stone still appears to be a reliable and lasting investment for the French. This territorial change announces a shortage of goods in rural areas which now attracts customers from all walks of life. The reason ? A need for space, for escape, a sudden change in mentality due to the multiple confinements that have marked people's minds. The French want space and enjoy life! With the supply of existing homes for sale down 26% over the past six months, it goes without saying that selling your property today represents a real opportunity to sell it quickly and well! Well estimated, your property will sell very (very) quickly! A study informs us that 35% of owners give up selling because they fear that they will not sell quickly enough. The same study shows that 26% of owners, who put off their plans to sell for fear of a loss. It is still difficult today to objectively estimate your home. Many plots are detached to bring this fabulous project to fruition! But to build, you must now surround yourself! It is the British company LONDON METROPOLITAN, developer, which takes up the challenge. The American architecture firm EDSA is retained to draw the first sketches of the project.
