1 - I select my land, my house

Avoid places that are too close to cemeteries, hospitals or prisons, as these are places with negative chi. Favor open places, close to nature and well cleared, for the good circulation of energy.

2 - I'm setting up my front door

The front door is very important in Feng Shui, because it is through it that one receives the energies. Ideally, the front door should be facing south, and the back of the house should be north. The same study shows that 26% of owners, who put off their plans to sell for fear of a loss. It is still difficult today to objectively estimate your home. To be sure not to make a mistake, it would be better to entrust it to a real estate agent who will know how to determine its real price.
